As coaching is still a relatively new profession it is unregulated and anyone can set up and call themselves a coach. I would, therefore, advise you to do your homework before hiring a
coach. Look at their background and training and how this fits with your needs.
I would also recommend the coach has trained with an accredited organisation. They will have gained the competencies necessary to take you forward in a meaningful way. It is important for you to feel you can be at ease with your chosen coach,
someone you can talk to in an open and sharing way. You will know when you have found the right coach – it will ‘feel’ right.
“Life was never meant to be a struggle, just a gentle progression from one point to another, much like walking through a valley on a sunny day." Stuart Wilde.
