Welcome to Cartwheel Coaching! What do you think about when you imagine a cartwheel?

This is what I see and feel – exuberant joy, forward movement, excitement, a continuous circle – the circle of life. I chose the name Cartwheel Coaching to epitomise the exhilaration we experience when our lives are heading in the direction we want.

Can we really achieve a life where we have these feelings? I believe with direction, encouragement and effort we can all have more than we think. Look at some of the world’s successful people. How did they achieve their success? With determination, focus and a belief in themselves.

We all have different ideas as to what constitutes success and whatever it is for you coaching can help. It can help you make the changes you need to move you to the next level in your life. Of course, the coach can’t do it for you but will work with you. The coaching relationship is an equal partnership but the focus is totally on the client.
