Coaching
is an equal relationship between two people. I will work with you either
face-to-face or on the telephone (the choice is yours). If working for an
organisation I will come to your offices (minimum of 2 people in any morning
or afternoon session). Individuals can visit me in South East London.
The
first session will be ‘getting to know each other’ and ‘setting the
scene’. We will discuss your reasons for coming to coaching and based
on that we will decide how many sessions may be appropriate. Until the
process is underway the number of sessions will only be a guideline. As
our work progresses we will have a better idea so my advice is to have
some flexibility. On average 6 – 10 sessions works well.
Each session is typically 1 hour long but this can also be agreed at the first
session. We can have a session each week or fortnightly, however, to keep the
momentum I would recommend no less than once every two weeks.
Giving you time and space and really listening to you can be an extremely powerful
experience. I am my own tool and by asking you direct and appropriate questions you
will gain the insight and clarity that you may have been unable to reach previously.
I
will not tell you what to do. Let’s face it, how often do you listen when people do
this! I am not an expert on your life, it is unique to you. I will be there with
you while you are on your journey of self-discovery.
